new cathe fan! but fitness plateu????

Hi!
I am pretty new to Cathe's workouts.... About a month ago I bought Imax2+C&W, Imax3 and Step, jump and pump+step blast.
At the begining I was fascinated with teh results! I lost weight and gained definition. Now, however, I can't seem to loose any more or gain any muscle. I'm thinking that I may have hit a plateau or maybe I just need to change the rutine and "surprise" my body a little....
Please can anyone give me some advise? I'm willing to buy other DVD's if you think that would help. Or maybe you (anyone!) can suggest a new rotation????
 
Hi!

It seems you have mostly cardio workouts so I would suggest a strength training rotation. You should possibly try her Gym Styles which have worked very well for me. I'm actually doing a Gym Styles rotation (Apr. '05) which might work well for you too. If you really want to gain muscle size, you should try her Slow & Heavy series.
