New Cathe DVD not play in Windows Media Player?

I just bought High Step Circuit. I'm trying to preview it on my computer, and it's telling me that it can't decode the DVD to play it. Has that ever happened to any of you? Could this be a fake?

(Alert: I'm computer-illiterate, so I might be doing something wrong...)

Have you watched other movies on DVD in your computer before?

I was disappointed that I had to buy software to make my DVD player show movies, Media Player wouldn't do it alone.
