Thanks for posting this. I preordered the workout. I haven't heard of the instructor but I have wanted a Capoeira workout. Chalene mentions Capoeira in Turbo Jam. I will post after I get the workout and let you know what I think.

I pre-ordered too! I can not wait until it gets here. I love variety. I have Criss Cross Cardio and Sherry does some Capoeira in that too.
