Hey Guys, I'm not sure where to post this. I resisted pre-ordering Cathe's new workouts up until yesterday because I didn't feel quite up to the challenge. I have enjoyed Cathe's kickboxing type workouts for some time now, but just recently started her step workouts, and am maybe at an intermediate level, but getting better. Do you guys think the new workouts will be doable for someone like me? Is the blast portion of Kick-Max somewhat similar to what I can expect on the new workouts? I'm just looking for a little encouragement, I guess, LOL.
Cathe's words on her blog today - "Resistance is Futile", is so right-on! LOL. I think I looked at them everyday, and then when I saw the covers, that was it. I just had to get it on it. They really do look like awesome workouts.
