Dear Cathy,


I just recently installed a Dish and was plesently surprise:eek: to see a
channel called "Fit TV", what a wonderful find. Even more wonderful was finding your show on there:D. I'm at the beginning of my long trail on the fitness road, but I found hope in your program.

I recently purchased your step program and a barbell set. I've started to try and work out with you, and can't make it:-( through the entire routine yet. I'm wondering if you have any DVD's for us beginners? I often try to the modified ;( versions that you explain and still have problems getting through. I want to build up my cardio program so that I can keep up and any suggestions at all would be welcomed.
