I discovered Cathe about a month ago and have been lurking on the website ever since. I think it is time to take the plunge and start her workouts. But, I need expert opinions on where to start.
I have been doing The Firm videos for 6 months and I have been exercising 5 days a week for 2 years. But, I would not consider myself in the advanced category. I still have quite a bit of weight to lose. I feel sure that Cathe's cardio workouts would be too advanced for me at this time.
I really think the S&H series looks good. Or should I buy PH. My funds are also limited, so I can't buy ALL of her videos. (LOL)
