New and looking for advise

I have just recently ordered the 2007 catalog . . . I was fortunate to catch Cathe on Fit TV. Needless to say, her physique blew me away. If I had an ideal for myself, that would be it! I am 39, 5'2" and I hover between 115 and 120 lbs. As age 40 looms large, gravity and a desk job are taking their toll. Currently, I take about a 45 minute brisk walk 5-6 mornings a week and I have a Bowflex that, when not covered with clothing, gets used when I'm feeling motivated. Unfortunately, that has been waining. I'm looking forward to receiving my catalog, but would like some input on what to start with when I place my order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mo and welcome to Cathe's forums! Oh yeah, there are several people here who would love to help you spend your money -- lol! If you're new to Cathe then I would suggest starting out with her beginner rotation which you'll find on the Video and DVD Rotations forum. This rotation will familiarize you with Cathe's style and choreography. You'll need a step, a few hand weights, and some resistance tubing. Good luck and have fun!:)

Hi Mo, Michele took the words right out of my mouth. I'm just jumping in to welcome you and tell you your username has me intrigued. Are you a famous ohara? Scarlett? Maureen?
 
I would also suggest checking out the beginner rotation, particularly if you're new to stepping. It'll give you a good basic knowledge so that you can progress to tougher, more complex workouts.

Thanks for the welcome Robin! My name happens to be Maureen O'Hara - thus the username. I was in the check out line of the grocery store the other day and you should have heard the comotion over my name (wrote a check)!
