New Amy Bento

Has anyone pre-ordered Amy Bento's new dvd's - Ready to rumble or intense step 3? I was looking around totalfitnessdvds.com & came across these . I'm thinking about getting them but a little unsure. One was released 8/1 & the other 8/15.

Hi Tami,

If you mean Rumble and Advanced Step Challenge 3 they've been filmed but neither has been released. Amy expects them to ship around August 13th according to her website. I preordered both of them, not so sure about Rumble after seeing the clip but ASC 3 looks good to me. Amy's choreo is tricky but fun once you learn it (and it does take awhile to learn it, at least IMHO)

I preorder almost everything Amy puts out (she's one of my faves besides Cathe of course!). Rumble will be completely different from anything Amy has done and I'm a little unsure of it myself but ASC3 looks AWESOME!!! I love, love, love her step routines. They are fast, fun, intense, and somewhat complex. I have high hopes for Rumble. Amy does put up nice long clips and I believe everything is still on schedule for those who ordered directly from Amy. Last I heard Amy was planning on shipping out both workouts on Aug. 13.

I didn't preorder, but I usually buy whatever Amy puts out. I'm in love with Slo Mo. Amy kicks butt.
Geez, I just figured out ASC 2, I can't believe 3 is here already!

I love Amy, too. Does anyone have a punching bag? I'm thinking about getting one for Rumble but I'm not sure. If you have one, would you suggest getting one or not? Does it make a difference?

I haven't ordered a bag yet and I don't think I will purchase one until I receive the worktout. I'm thinking I may be able to get as good of a workout simulating punching a bag if I leave on the weighted gloves (which I plan on puchasing ASAP).

I have a punching bag and usually use it for kickboxing workouts (which isn't that often) because it adds a fun element. And do you get a better workout, imo. You could just use weighted gloves too, however, more than punching the bag, I like to kick it!
I would only get one if you are really into kickboxing.

Ah, who am I kidding, I'd preorder no matter what. Amy kicks my butt, & I'm never passing up a cardio workout that could kick my butt.
