Hi Cathe, I hope you consider my ideas

***Another half Hi/lo and step video like MIC (60min)

***An all Hi/lo video using alternating low-impact and then high-impact intervals.(40-50mins)

***Another Imax...Imax III, It would definately be a hit!(60mins)

***A Bosu cardio workout (maybe you can use Bosu and high step interchangeably)(60min)

***A high-impact kickbox segment (30mins)Then an ab and glute firming segment using the stability ball (20mins)

***A circuit style workout using the Bosu or Highstep cardio intervals then using a medicine ball for weights.(6 or 8 cycles)
