Is there a chance that someone in the educated Cathe crowd has or is familiar with this disorder?
After confusing my family doctor for 15 years, (I am currently 30) I finally have a tentative diagnosis of NCS from a Neurologist. It may or may not be confirmed by tilt-table testing later this month. My symptoms were that I faint about once a year when my heart rate slows too much, such as after giving blood, after a too-big meal,when in intense pain, once after a major workout, and often for no real reason.
Do you know this disorder, or know anyone who has it? I'd love to know I'm not alone w/ this.
