I know we have recently chatted about this but I would like to mention I have had Netflix since feb 2004 and I never thought of getting fitness videos from them until this past week. (After our thread) and I must say they have such a AWESOME Selection for anyone interested I have a whole line up coming beats having to buy them and not care for them. I did Mindy Mylrea Awesome Strength the gals were a bit clumsy I couldn't believe it kinda nice to see "Professionals" clumsy. I think the young one rolled right off her ball.

I ordered the Season Zeigler(right spelling?) step w/o. I thought that Cathe choreography was tough! I could get through the first combo, and that was about it.

I have seen some good selections on Netflix... but I've also seen alot of "fitness lite." I think it helps to use the search engine, and put in an instructor you really like, insteaad of just browsing though the whole list of fitness titles.

I'm waiting patiently for season 1 of "24!"

I love Nexflix - I just tried out a bunch of Patrick Goudeau and Christi Taylor step DVD's and then bought them. I love being able to test before I buy! So now I have 6 new step workouts to look forward to! Very exciting!

"24" the series. Where do you live I have my hubby and daughters buy me the seasons for Christmas. I got my mom hooked and she wants me to wait for her to get some time off to watch my season 4. I am IMPATIENTLY WAITING! SO I have 3 previous seasons just sitting I am ready to watch them all over if my mom doesn't hurry up. They are the best. I got hooked on Alias through Netflix and am waiting for the final season I wish it wouldn't be ending.
