I am new to this forum, but have been reading so many helpful bits of information that I thought I would relay my fears to anyone who can help.
I had a miscarriage two months ago, and am now pregnant again. I believe that I am only 3 weeks at the most, but I'm sooooo scared. It will, God willing, be our first child. I'm just so nervous to do anything, as I lost the last one 4 weeks into my pregnancy. I attributed the loss to my vigorous exercise routine, but we'll never know exactly what happened. I just would like to know how long I can exercise for, as I'm used to hour long intense cardio workouts. What kind of weight workout can I do?
I know that worrying can't help anything, and is probably the worst thing I could do. So if anyone could tell me what to expect in the first 2-3 months, as far as mild symptoms of pregnancy goes, I would certainly appreciate it! I just want to know that the baby is doing well.
Thank you for your indulgence
