I've been looking on the threads just for the following workouts only:

pure strength, cross train Xpress, and slow heavy.

I've found the nov 07' 4 day split and nov 06' rotation ... shock your body for cardio fusion, butts & guts, drill max, body max 2 and low impact circuit. The june rotation: double header 06/06/04 for beginner/intermediate/advanced rotations.

maybe I'm not looking close enough. whatever you found is greatly appreciated. thanks
