I am 48 years old and have been working out consistently for the past 2 1/2 years. I've lost about 60 lbs in that time, but have had such a struggle losing the last 20. I work out at least 6 days a week. My workout consists of an hour of cardio every day and weight training every other. I've only been working out with Cathe for the past 3 weeks or so and I am noticing some improvement. My cardio consists of a 5 mile run on the treadmill every other day, with an hour on the elliptical on alternate days. I've just ordered some of Cathe's tapes, I especially like the pyramid weight training and the slow and heavy series. While my diet isn't perfect, I do try to watch what I eat. I realize age is a factor, but any advice will be greatly appreciated.
