Hi Everyone,
I'm planning on participating the the Danskin triathlon this July. Does anyone have any tips on triathlon training or nutritional information for this type of training.? I have competed in a short triathlon before-300M swim, 10 Mile Bike and 1 or 3 mile run. I currently do a mix of cardio and weights with Cathe and at the Gym. Recently had surgery on my foot and should be able to start running again in March. I follow the weight watchers points system which is sometimes difficult with the protein I need.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
