Need to reduce body fat & cellulite...

Ok, this has probably been asked before but I will ask anyways...has anyone or is anyone needing to reduce body fat and cellulite? If so, how have you been able to do so? I am also wanting tips on what type of dieting, exercising, motivation, results, etc...you might have experienced. I am getting back into exercise and I currently have most of Cathe's DVD's and The Firm BSS1, 2 & 3 systems.

Running and Spinning are excellent in reducing bodyfat. I don't use Cathe's step workouts because most are to hard on my knees but I enjoy her Cardio & Weights and Step, Jump & Pump. She has the best weight workouts available, imho. I think if you keep your eating clean you will lose bodyfat. I don't advocate low-carb or high-protein but a well balanced diet that includes the complex carbs, quality protein and good fats.

No magic pill just hard work.

I recently started a new diet plan on in2nutrition.com/discovery. They advocate eating smaller amounts about every 3 hours. It is also a very balanced out plan. They go by your needs. I tried the Atkins. I felt so heavy and yucky on that plan. I only want to lose about 10 lbs. This plan teaches me how to eat, when, and what. And definately exercise!
 
It sounds like you have quite the arsonal of workout videos. Doing them is the first step:D :D :D ! Those are all great workouts (I prefer BSSI out of all the Firm workouts).

Do the workouts and eat clean. Burn more calories than you take in, that's the magic potion!
