Hi Cathe,
Let me start by saying that I LOVE your strength workouts (I recently ordered your PS and S&H DVD's and last night placed another order for your Power Hour+ and CTX series DVD's). I also have Cardio Hits, but am "saving" it until I become more advanced with step, but I'm sure I'll love your step workouts too. Okay, on to my question...
What do you recommend for strength rotations? I usually like to work with weights 3-4 days a week (1 hour max per session as I am short on time on most weekdays). I usually don't do cardio on the same day, but am not opposed to it (if I do happen to do cardio and weights on the same day, I usually do weights first followed by a short cardio of 20-30 minutes). My goal is to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.
If you have anywhere on your site, or can direct me to other links for ideas (as I'm sure this question has been asked a million times, but I'm a newbie and not sure where to start), I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!
Chris
