Cathlete
I had hand surgery Dec 29 to remove a cyst in the top of my hand/wrist. Things were fine, other than the site filling up with blood and fluid. Long story short, I have a 'wrist demobilizer' on my left hand and wrist for one full week (at least) and I cannot lift anything "especially weights" with that hand.
What do I do now? I've been following Cathe's January 05 rotation and would like to keep at it. But I need to follow doctor's orders. So that also means I can't lift my barbell over my head for lunges and squats. Legs are no big deal, since I can just use my weight bench with the leg extensions and hamstring curls, plus there's the floorwork on many of her videos. But what about upper body? I know it's just one week (at least) but it feels like forever!
Any suggestions on how to go about working out as normal as possible?
TIA
Gayle
