MIS and MIC
Slow and Heavy Series (I quit using this because I found it boring, but am willing to try again)
Intensity Series
Intense Moves by Gin Miller
various Tae Bo's
I workout 5 days per week for 1 1/2 hours. I want to work my lower body 2x/week and my upper body 1x/week, plus do the maximum amount of cardio time will allow - hopefully 3 - 4 hours per week.
