Need some substitutions for Power Hour & Power Max

I'm going to try out Cathe's Sept Rotation but don't have Power Hour or Power Max. Any good substitutions for these? I also don't have the PS series so thought I could just do individual triceps, biceps, chest etc sections from other Cathe workouts. Thanks!
 
I am going to alternate Supersets and Push Pull in place of Power Hour. As far as Power Max, I don't know what I'll sub in there yet.
 
Power Hour is an endurance workout - many reps - light to moderate reps - I think people have called it a body pump.

Since you don't have Muscle Endurance - which would be the perfect sub - substitute any endurance style workout - many reps - fast lifting speed - a total opposite of a slow and heavy.
