igglesfan!
igglesfan,
I agree with everybody else -- your doc doesn't seem to feel any urgency, sweetie, and surely he/she wouldn't let you sit for two weeks with no additional testing if there was something to worry about.
And honestly, I think that what you're describing -- the things that the doc wants to take a closer look at -- don't seem unusual at all. Our female plumbing can do all sorts of slightly-off-track things without endangering us. I've had lots of friends go thru episodes very similar to what you're going thru, and over the years I myself have had three or four similar incidents where "funky" things showed up on my annual OB/GYN exam and the doc needed a closer look via biopsy, scraping, scoping, etc. It was always understandably scary for my girlfriends and for me, as this situation OF COURSE is for you. But it seriously seemed like "business as usual" to my doctor and my friends' doctors ---- I think they must see this sort of thing all the time!
Take a deep breath and enjoy your holiday weekend, cutie. It'll all be okay!!!!! ((HUG!)))
