Need some help to reach my goal

Hello everyone I am new to this website and just discovered Cathe on FitTV and I think that she is awesome!!! I am a 32 yrs. old mom of two boys (10 & 3) who works fulltime as well as go to school fulltime. I've noticed that I've gained some weight and need help in losing it. I am an hourglass shape and I gain weight pretty evenly throughout my body. I need to tone basically eveything and I need to know what would be the best exercises to do to get back to having the toned body I had prior to having my boys. Are there any other hourglasses with the same problem?

First, welcome and congrats on getting started! It might help if you offered a few more specifics about current stats, fitness levels, and workouts that you have available or would like to try so that we can suggest something appropriate for you.
In general my best advice (and sorry it's so general!) is to make sure you are doing cardio (challenging 35-45 min. if you can) 4-5 times a week, weight training 2-3 times a week (maybe one day upper body, one day lower body, and one day full body workout), and make sure to eat SUPER clean b/c that's one of the biggest factors in seeing fast results in both overall health and fitness.
