Need Some Help From You Ladies

I want to do Push Pull tonite but due to some sinus issues and ear infection I can't lay down without getting dizzy and in this workout you lay down to do chest and back what are some good replacements for these moves?
 
Thank you for your help unfortunately I can't do pushups either tipping my head in any direction causes dizziness. I am on round 2 of antibiotics to clear it up but so far its not working.
 
If your sinus infection is making you dizzy, I would skip tonight. Lifting weights or doing anything when you're not "right" is a recipe for injury. Just wait a day or two until it clears and then you can get back to things. Safety first!!

I know I should but I have had this since Feb 13th getting a little tired of doing nothing.
 
If this has been around for this long, I'd go back to the doctor and complain. There's something else at work that's keeping you from getting better. I agree, though, if dizziness is an issue, don't do anything that may cause you to injure yourself.
