I want to do Push Pull tonite but due to some sinus issues and ear infection I can't lay down without getting dizzy and in this workout you lay down to do chest and back what are some good replacements for these moves?
If your sinus infection is making you dizzy, I would skip tonight. Lifting weights or doing anything when you're not "right" is a recipe for injury. Just wait a day or two until it clears and then you can get back to things. Safety first!!
