I just purchased 6 of your DVD'S they are 1. butts and gutts 2. ab hits. 3.gym style....... chest and tri's; back, shoulders and bi's and legs. 4.total body stretching and stretch max. I also have K,P AND C. and some other of your dvd's. I need help with a rotation. I would be delighted for your help! Thanks Brenda
 
Not Cathe but if you goto the Rotations forum there's a post with all of Cathe's Rotations where you could sub what you have. Also Fitnessfreak has a post with all of her rotations with specific workouts but also at the end of that particular rotation she posts a "generic" outline of it...you could use that and substitute what you have. Keep in my mind the premixes when you're doing that. Do you have any other cardio workouts??

Yes, thanks, I do have more cardio but they are not Cathe because hers are to hard for me to follow. I was looking there Cathes rotations and Fitness Freak has told me to make one of my own and send it to her, she will tweek it for me. I have like the firm workouts and some denise austins i do have alot of other cathe workouts too. but the step ones i can't do.
