Need some advice

I'm looking to lose about 8 to 10 pounds. I was using the Firm videos faithfully, but felt like I was bulking up and getting no where....anyway, I bought Cathe's MIC and Cardio Kicks and love them, I feel like I'm getting a decent workout. I have also purchased the CTX series, and love them too. Are there any other videos of Cathe's that you'd recommend for losing about 10 pounds. I'm getting married in 7 months and getting nervous about my weight. Any and all advice is appreciated.
P.S. I also have the Wedding Video!!!!

Hi Laurasmom;I know Stepworks and Rhymic Step helps me slim down.My sister run-jogs a few times a week and I noticed big changes in her body fat.I would like to run but my shins are killing me after.

Although I don't "do" scale weight at all, I think you'd really benefit from Interval Max (and of course, the impending Interval Max 2). Not only is Interval Max a true heart-pounder in terms of aerobic demands, it also really works the legs and increases their power, which power you can then use to upkick the intensity of your other workouts. As Cathe says in her introduction to I-Max, "As you get stronger and stronger, you can go longer and longer not only throughout this but all of your other workouts, therefore burning more total calories."

Also, a real sweat factory that is great for cardio and muscle endurance is Circuit Max. I like to do Circuit Max with barbell lunges and squats only (rather than the compound upper/lower body stuff as the workout is produced), and you wanna talk about cardio challenge AND great leg-shaping!

Go easy on yourself with the scale-weight business. Its importance is greatly overstated, and if you're eating clean, doing safe high-intensity cardio and strengthening all of your muscle groups you'll lean up just fine.

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!

Four essential cardio videos (listed in order of priority:

1. IMax
2. Intense Moves -- Reebok
2. StepWorks
3. Power Max

Circuit Max is very good but I don't do it very often because I take a body pump class at the gym and I find, at the moment, it's conflicting with my PowerHour rotation.

Sorry, not a huge fan of Rhythmic Step. Too easy for me cardio-wise and it takes up a tad too much space.
