need shoes for high arches and underpronators

Hi guys,
I'm in need of some running shoes that are great for high arches, and underpronators. Got any ideas? I'd really appreciate it!!
Thank you,
Cheryl

If you go to http://roadrunnersports.com and click on the "shoe dog" under the expert help sign it asks you questions about what type of runner you are (arch, mileage, over/under pronator, etc). It then suggests different shoes for you. With all of the different types of running shoes out there this site really helps you narrow it down based on your own feet/needs. Hope this helps :)

RE: Inserts

YOu might also consider orthodics. They aren't cheap--but on the other hand, most last forever and are covered under warrantee and can go in all your shoes. That way, you can put them in your running/aerobic/cross trainers and dress shoes.
I got mine from GoodFeet and just love them ($180). My chiro makes them for about $80. Just another option to think about.

Good Advice

Orthotics is a possibility--and I LOVE my New Balance shoes which I got )originally) from Road Runner's analysis.
