I'm going to start Cathe's April '09 rotation. Weeks 1 and 3 incorporate the Gym Style series and Weeks 2 and 4 use the Pyramid series. There's also one Max type workout (Imax, Kickmax) for cardio along with a few circuit workouts. It looks fun to me.
In Dec., I'm going to try a mix of 3 full body workouts, one circuit, and two total cardio days. Then, I'll start the 6 month rotation of STS. I need some sort of plan to get me through the next two months of horrible food temptations.
