need rotation suggestion/ post STS

Hi ... I need some guidance onn what to do after my STS rotation. This week is my recovery week and then I need a new month rotation.

I'm not sure what to concentrate on after completing 3 1/2 months of STS. I feel kind'a lost. :(

I went to a month of gym styles with cardio every other day. Didn't want to lose my gains from STS.
 
Perfect. I can run on alternate days and do GS. Happy Halloween Night!

I'm going to start Cathe's April '09 rotation. Weeks 1 and 3 incorporate the Gym Style series and Weeks 2 and 4 use the Pyramid series. There's also one Max type workout (Imax, Kickmax) for cardio along with a few circuit workouts. It looks fun to me.

In Dec., I'm going to try a mix of 3 full body workouts, one circuit, and two total cardio days. Then, I'll start the 6 month rotation of STS. I need some sort of plan to get me through the next two months of horrible food temptations.
 
Back in April after my first STS, I went with Full Body Circuits and Full Body Weight work alternating with cardio.
 
I was wondering what was a good thing to do for my body after such concentrated weight work.
I've got a week for recovery before I start a new one. Circut's & TB with cardio sounds good too! Does any one know if Cathe suggested anything after she first finished STS?
I'm going to do Tracy Long's TLTS with light weights mixed with some Cardio Coach's this week. I have to admit after STS I'm pooped.

I forgot about the 4 Day Split Series. That would be good too. It's funny how I'm in a "work out mourning" period. I really got addicted to STS. :)
