need rotation suggestion for beginner

Hi I am new to cathe and have the basic step/body fusion and low impact step/body sculpting dvd's. I want to lose about 10 pounds (mostly body fat) and define muscles. Can you suggest how I can rotate these for good results. I'm trying to eat well, I've been reading and following body for life. Thanks.

You might try doing a search on either the "Ask Cathe" or "DVD Rotations" boards. I know I saw a post recently where Cathe made some suggestions for beginner rotations....

on some of the basic step days you can do LIS and mix it up with just one upper body day,one lower body day, and one day using total body and following week you can do 2 days total body and just keep mixing it up.
