Need rotation for wt loss and muscle gain

Hello, I start a new job tomorrow and will only have one hour a day to exercise. I need to loose wt and firm up all over (esp my thighs!).

Here are the tapes I have:
CTX series
Power Hour
Cardio Kicks
PS series
S&H series
MIS

I also have a bunch of Firms and Leslies.

Here is a similar rotation to one that worked for me about one year ago. I tried to use videos you own and noted which videos I used. This 8-week rotation helped me to lose 4 pounds and see a difference (firming) all over, but especially in the gleuteus area.

* MIS
* Cardio Kicks (I did Tae Bo Advanced)
* Interval workout--a Firm or Leslie (I did Interval Max)
* Circuit training or light weight workout total body like Power Hour (I did Reebok Step Circuit Challenge)
* Running/walking for about 45 minutes then leg lifts and abs on your own
* MIS (I did Body Max) (on weekend since you only have one hour during week)
* stretching/yoga/walking/rest
