Need rotation for shoulder development

Hi Cathe--and everyone else too!

I have reviewed the rotations that were mailed to me, and despite the many great rotations that there are, there doesn't seem to be one that suits my latest idea. If I've missed it, someone please let me know!

I am going away in mid December. I would like to lose 10 pounds and increase the size of my shoulder muscles by then. I am thinking that given the amount of time I have, that both may be possible.

Cathe, I know you have said in the past to work the shoulders twice a week for muscle growth. However, if you have the time, I would absolutely love to see what sort of rotation you could put together for me TO MAXIMIZE SHOULDER DEVELOPMENT while simultaneously losig weight. If anyone else has ideas, I welcome them also.

I have an hour a day and am an advanced exerciser. The videos I have are:

S&H
MIS
CTX
Body Max
Circuit Max
Interval Max
Rhythmic Step
Cardio Kicks

I am also easily committed to doing strength workouts without a video to guide me (hence why I don't have PS yet.)

Thank you all for consdering this! Jeanne

Obviously not Cathe....

Hello Jeanne, have you seen the tank top rotation? It was put out here by Marlene123. I've been doing it for 4 weeks & am seeing great results.

Day 1--PS (YOU GOTTA GET IT!!!!) Both upper body tapes
Day 2--CTX Leaner Legs & Abs
Day 3--CTX Upper Body split & 30 minutes of cardio
Day 4--Cardio
Day 5--MIS
Day 6--Cardio or Rest
Day 7--Rest

Hope that helps.

RE: Obviously not Cathe....

I hadn't actually considered the tank top rotation specifically since I was focusing on shoulders, but I am certainly not against better bis & tris too!

I am just wondering what to do about PS? I could just break down and buy them. I have, OF COURSE!, wanted to. Money is always tight as we pay virtually all of our college tuition out of our own pockets. I tend to purchase more cardio tapes since I won't do cardio on my own. I have seen portions of PS when Cathe was on Discovery. Maybe I could put something together on my own from what I remember--or read the video descriptions.

Thanks for replying! Jeanne

Cory Everson's Get Hard Arms and Shoulders has a great shoulder workout. I don't do the Bis/Tris work becuase it's too fast but the shoulder workout is fast paced and it has a tri set (3 exercises worked back-to-back-to-back). It really burns my shoulders and they respond better to reps in the 12-15 range as opposed to the lower rep ranges. Good luck
