I'm an advanced exerciser and want to add more variety into my workouts .. I've done Power Yoga and Pilates before, but only in classes. I want something intermediate/advanced (I want something "challenging" .. not a "relaxation" type workout) that will add a new twist to my strength training/core training. Any suggestions for some stellar workouts? Looking for something in the range of 45-60 mins.
