I would prefer something relatively short, maybe 30 or 40 minutes, if possible. But mainly I'd like to try a weight training DVD that does not incorporate the step. Thanks.
Muscle Endurance doesn't use a step--other than a high step and that can be modified with lunges (I did that before I got my high step). And Power Hour only uses the step for chest work and you can easily use the floor without a step for chest work. Just a couple ideas. I love both of those workouts. I don't know about 30-40 mins...there may be premixes that are on the dvds that have an edited version of the workouts as most of Cathes dvd's do. Those premixes are AWESOME! They are 'express' or expanded versions of the workouts when you have premixes. So...it's a luxury on her dvd's. I hope that helped.....
