Need opinnions on a couple of non-Cathe work outs...

Hey all.

Listen, I was considering purchasing 2 new work outs...

I have my eye on Hi/Lo Fusion w/Rob Glick as I don't have any solid floor aerobics vids except for kickboxing and I wanted something different.

I also am considering the ABC (amazing ball choreography) work out w/Patrick. This just looks like something very different from anything I have ever done before and fun!

Before I do this and possibly make a mistake...I was wondering if anyone has any input on either of these vids or has any other suggestions?

I looked at a couple of jump rope vids that even came with a rope. They look pretty cool but I don't think that I have enough room to use the rope...what if I did the vid w/o the rope? Do you think it would be worth it?

TIA Ladies!

Hi Fit Mom,

I have the Patrick w/o. It is fantastic! Of course it's aerobic, but you really feel it in your buns. Just the thing to intergrate in your hi-lows, and steps.

Hi,

I only have Rob's bosu dvd and honestly, he is just too feminine for me. It is fun though. I did just purchase Get Ready, Step, Go, and I really enjoyed it. It's intense with no down time and could be made more intense with the addition of more jumps etc.

Hi gals. Thanks for your input!

I just purchsed the ABC work out on Ebay. I'll let you know what I think once I get it! I'm excited...this is something I've never done before and it looks like fun! :+

Kathryn, I always check out Collage's video clips but they are so short that it can be hard to get a good idea of what the work out is really all about. IMO they should make them a bit longer. Cathe, on the other hand, does a good job with her clips!:)

It is nice to have loooong clips, isn't it? But I'm sure it takes up server space, and since Collage has over 300 workouts with clips up, longer clips would take up a lot more space than the 30ish? number of workouts Cathe has.
