I'm currently doing the 4DS rotation with an added leg day. I moved my Bowflex so I can get to it FINALLY and I also want to add leg extensions and leg curls to my 2 leg workouts per week. In addition, on my 2nd leg work out (the one I added), I also do extra floor work. So my question is, how many reps/sets do you all think I should be doing with the Bowlfex? Do I vary the weight as well?
