Need More Cardio

Hey Ladies, Which of Cathe's videos would you suggest for a good cardio workout. I'm trying to get 30-40 min in a couple of days a week and I don't really have the option of running in my neighborhood (not the safest place), and I don't have a treadmill.

If you are limited on time, I would suggest any of the Imax workouts and you can break them up.If you are working out before work you can do 1/2 of a workout.That should take you about 30 min.
And don't be fooled by the circuit workouts, they can really get your heart rate up.BootCamp is about a 45-50 min workout I think and if you don't have time you can skip through the core workout and do it later in the day.
As for older workouts, the CTX series is made for people who are limited on time.They are really good to.

i would go with any of her kickbox workouts. esp Kick,Punch,Crunch, or Kickmax b/c you can use the premix options for shorter cardio. also her ctx series has shorter cardio sections. you can just eliminate the weight work from each workout.of course its not good cardio collection with her rhythmic step dvd which has 3 workouts. it doesn't have premixes but i like mix and match option to mix it up a bit and it has interval,stepping, and a little hi/lo too.

I'd go with CTX - you can get some great cardio workouts that are shorter and a bit of ab or toning workouts as well. They are specifically designed for that, and they are fun.
 
I THINK IMAX 2 IS GREAT CARBIO. THEIR IS ALSO IMAX 3,BUT I DONT HAVE THAT ONE YET. IM THINKING ABOUT ORDERING IT. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY FEEDBACK ON THAT ONE?
 
I'm on week 3 of a comeback and CTX is great! I bought it way back when and hadn't done it in years. It's very intense and shorter workouts.

Imax 2 is my all time favorite workout - wonderful cardio.
 
Cardio Hits has 3 different step W/O & you could always just do a couple of segments from the routines instead of all 3 segments & shorten your workout time.
