Need job interview advice

I've applied to be a foundations relations person at a local arts center (fancy title for grant writer). They've asked if I could come in on 11 or 3 on Thursday. Normally I make every effort to jump on whatever time they first offer, but I have a 10:00 mtg & a 1:00 mtg on that day, the 1:00 being w/a $1.2 mil funder. Probably I could make the 3:00 but the mtg w/the funder is OUTDOORS!

So, should I grab the 3:00, try to figure out how to dress for the mtg that can be altered (i.e. put on pantyhose & a jacket over a dress I'm wearing) manically right before the interview? So I'd be totally stressed, sweaty, limp & probably not in a very good interview state of mind, but I'd be present at THEIR convenience, not MINE.

Or should I ask for a different time? I sent them my resume yesterday & they've just responded, which I think is a good sign. I really hate to tell them I can't make it but I can't figure out how I can! HELP MEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

ETA: nevermind, I called & they can make it 4:00. This could be a great opportunity for me--wish me luck! :)
