Need Ideas for PT Client Gifts

Clarissa

Cathlete
I would like to give each of my personal training clients a small gift for the holidays. I have tried googling everything online that I can think of but everything is too expensive. I have thought of fitness gloves, t-shirts with my logo, ornaments with my logo, resistance bands in bulk. I have 16 clients right now. Any ideas or good websites or should I just go with cards only? TIA

You could do what I do for the secretaries here--I always buy a bunch of Xmas mugs at the Dollar Store & fill them w/chocolate & candy canes, then wrap them in red & green cellophane.

Ooops! Might want to skip the sugar--maybe you can fill them w/granola & celery sticks. ;)

Clarissa-
I usually do Gift Cards to a Sporting Goods store...I do 25.00 for shorter term clients & 50.00 for my long time peeps. Not very creative but at least they can go buy fitness clothes and/or shoes and/or equipment.

Water bottles with logo? The ornament idea is cute, but maybe better to have something that's useful all year. How much are you thinking to spend total?

I made an office joke into a t-shirt for around $17 on cafepress. And pretty big magnets for just a couple dollars each.

Photo sites like snapfish, shutterfly, kodak whateveritscalled, also have personalizable stuff on them. Maybe look around at those sites and see if anything appropriate is within your budget?

Ooooh, oooh. Or make a Clarissa calendar, like the Cathe calendar. And give them pt appt stickers!

Seems to me like they should be giving YOU gifts instead of the other way around!

But if you want to give them something, what about a free session? Or a free additional 1/2 hour or whatever?

That way, you are not out any cash, but are giving them something you know they like, and which is beneficial to them.

By the way, congratulations on your success! 16 clients sounds great!

How about a towel with your logo or w/a water bottle.

I think giving 30 free minutes additional time to each client is a good idea. Just be sure to note that advanced noticed it required.

Thanks, Kathryn! I like all ideas presented but you might be right about being out the cash at a time when I have 2 other kids and a baby on the way - hmmm...thanks! Perhaps I will consider the free session coupon.

If I were going to a personal trainer, I would value a free session versus another tee or water bottle or anything like that which I'm sure we all have plenty of.

I would go with Kathryn's idea. I think it would really be appreciated by your clients.

ITA about the free session. That's what I was going to suggest. Or maybe a pedometer?
