Need Help!!!!!

Hey everybody!

I just wanted to know what is the fastest (if there is one) way to heal a pulled muscle. I pulled a muscle in my calf, it only hurts when I walk or in any way use the muscle. When I'm still I really don't feel it. I just want to heal quick so I can get back into step aerobics! What have other people done when a pulled muscle kept them from aeorbics? Thanks everyone for any help.

Hi Kimstarr! The R.I.C.E method is the best treatment for a strained muscle, I thought.
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

Don't forget to start back slow to avoid reinjury:)!!
