Need help with PS Chest Shoulders and Triceps

I got this tape a few days ago and already love it, but I can't do the pushups because of a problem with my wrist (I can't flex the wrist back and then put any pressure on it).

Is there another exercise that I can substitute for the push up sets or should I just skip them?

Hi! A modification for push ups for those with wrist problems is to use handle bars. They are available in sporting good stores for about $12. These bars make it so that your wrists are not in a flexed position, therefore, allowing you to concentrate on your chest muscles and not your wrist pain.

If you are not interested in this option then simply do some light weight bench presses to warm the chest up before you go to your heavier weight.
