Need help with mishmoshes

SRP

All right, all you mishmosh junkies - I have a little challenge for you.

I have a dvd/vhs combo player. But it can only play one thing at a time and is not one of those nifty 5-dvd programmable thingies. When I want to change, I have to stop and change.

Here's the deal. I want some help in designing the "ultimate one-hour cardio mishmosh." Sometimes after work, I really need something that'll kick my booty, but I just don't have time for any extended versions. That said, here's what I have, cardio-wise:

VHS:
Step Blast
KPC
Imax 2
Imax 1
MIC
Power Max

DVD:
Imax 3
Low Max
Kick Max
Boot Camp
Terminator series

Can anybody come up with something that maximizes cardio without too many stops and starts that lower the heart rate? I can handle an hour and half, warm up and stretch included.

Thanks a bunch for any suggestions!

Imax 3 w/u and Blast only (Blast is 24 minutes)
Lowmax Blast (23 minutes)
Kickmax Blast Challenge (15 minutes)
Bootcamp Cardio only premix (19 minutes - shorter if you skip through the pauses between each section)
Bootcamp cooldown

Throw the Bootcamp Core only premix in if you want.

Well, Shelley, that would certainly do it. Still, there's a lot of DVD switching there. I may play with it and see how it feels. Thanks.

I did Cathe's January '06 rotation last month. One that registered high on the HRM was Low Max followed by IMAX2 intervals 6 thru 10. That should be pretty easy for you to set up as you have IMAX2 in VHS and Low Max on DVD. If you don't do the cool down from Low Max and go right into IMAX2, it will take about 90 minutes. You can always take a shorter premix from Low Max to cut down the time a little bit.

In addition to Limecat's rather sadistic little M&M, how's about:

DVD:
I-Max 3 warm-up + blast only premix
Gauntlet cycles 1-6 (omitting warm-up), step-blast and Boot Camp segments ONLY (no resistance cycles - just chapter-skip to the next cardio chapter).

VHS:
MIC warm-up and hi/lo
I-Max 1 AFTER warm-up, as many step+blast segments as you have in you (bonus points if you make it thru all 10 intervals)

VHS+DVD combo:
MIC warm-up
KPC high-intensity drills AFTER warm-up
Kick Max blast challenge OR Boot Camp cardio only premix OR both

You really need to get the DVD counterparts of your VHS's.

And this is precisely why you are the Queen of the Mish Mosh.

Yes, people should know better than to ask for mish moshes when I have PMS}(

Oh, you Mish-Mosh Royalty out there -
Thank you so much for your lovely, although painful-sounding, suggestions! I'll get right on them and see how they go!!!

Anybody else want to contribute? I'm collecting combos now....}(
