As the new workout manager will not have video clips in the next release, I am somewhat stuck on how to perform many of the exercises as I have not done them before. Most of these pertain to the leg exercises. Is anyone else having this problem. I was hoping to have my 1RM completed before getting the DVDs so I would not have to watch the DVDs 1st then do 1RM then later do the rotation. Hoping this question makes sense but I think I am rambling. All that being said, I am going to list the ones I am still trying to figure out. If they are on one of the youtube clips let me know which one. It would be great if Cathe would put together a medley of clips showing the 1rm of each exercise to make this less difficult to figure out. The ones I am still trying to figure out the form are as follows:
Scapular Retractions
Barbell Curls with Band attached
Incline rear raise on stability ball
45 degree lunge same leg
Side slide lunges with paper plate
Leg Press
Standing quarter stop curls both arms
Static Low end lunge same leg 3/1 count
Low/Lunge / Squat Combo
Drop side lunge on floor into leg abduction
