Hello.. I need to start a new rotation and I need your help. I have been working out 6 days a week. I was using push pull, my upright bike, and supersets. Alternating days. Ive done that for 2 months and need to change. I now have kick punch and crunch which I enjoy but I want to get different wight dvds. I am trying to decide between pyramid U/L and the Gym Style seriese (3 different ones). Can anyone suggest which ones? I will either rote kpc, pyramid u/l with my bike or gym style with my bike. Please help me decide so I can get them ordered.
