Hello.. I need to start a new rotation and I need your help. I have been working out 6 days a week. I was using push pull, my upright bike, and supersets. Alternating days. Ive done that for 2 months and need to change. I now have kick punch and crunch which I enjoy but I want to get different wight dvds. I am trying to decide between pyramid U/L and the Gym Style seriese (3 different ones). Can anyone suggest which ones? I will either rote kpc, pyramid u/l with my bike or gym style with my bike. Please help me decide so I can get them ordered. :)

Candigirl,

Personally, I think GS *and* the Pyramids are essential workouts. I'd say order them all! Seriously. I don't think I'd be able to choose between them. Maybe order GS BSB and CT, and the Pyramids, and hold off on GS Legs since you'll get a great leg workout w/ PLB and you already have Legs & Glutes (along with some great premixes on KPC).

Cathy thanks for all your advice however I just dont have the money to buy them all right now, thats why Im having to choose between one or the other. :)

I say go for the Gym Styles. I'm not a Pyramid lover because it takes too much time for me to change weights. Gym Styles gave me strength and definition, has a lot of variety and also uses the resistance band which is very effective.

If cost is a factor, then I'd go with the Pyramids.

If you are willing to buy all 3 GS, then I would buy GS BSB, CT and the Pyramids. You'd be spending $20 more than if you bought GS BSB, CT, and Legs. While I like GS Legs, I prefer and use PLB (or B&G or LL) much more often. The abs on PUB are great, too.

Good luck with your decision. :)
