Need Help Loosing Last 10 lbs

Hi!

I have lost 53 lbs in 2 yrs and have hit a major plateau for 9 months. I would really like to loose last 10 lbs but don't know what rotation to use and what videos to get? I am mainly working on midsection and hips and keeping my upper body toned and getting rid of those jiggly triceps. I was hoping to purchase 3 videos. THe only Cathe I have so far is Kickmax? Anyone have any ideas?

Wow congrats on losing 53lbs. The only recommendation I can give you is your next video selection. If you like kickmax, you will LOVE kick punch and crunch, Im so addicted to that video im working out with it everyday, and im seeing results. hope that helps you. good luck with everything else. I would suggest getting one of her total body conditioning workouts. I like Muscle Endurance alot. Or you could get Pyramid Upper, Pyramid Lower and Kick, Punch, Crunch. Then you'd be hitting all areas! Hope this helps! Susan
 
I also second Muscle Endurance, but also IMAX2, since it's going to work those muscle groups that hardly ever get worked -- the fast twitch muscle groups. (Cardio and strength workouts usually work only the slow twitch muscle groups.) But IMAX2 (the most fun of the IMAX's in my opinion) hits into the anaerobic zone, which works these different muscle groups.

Also, you might possibly add some coconut oil into your diet -- the reference on this, if you want to read up on it is EAT FAT LOOK THIN by Bruce Fife, NC. Coconut oil stimulates your metabolism, which might help to lose those extra few pounds. And congrats on what you're done so far.:)
