need help for tonight

Hi

Tonight is a 3 mile run and GS Legs for me - since I don't run, what can I do in place of a 3 mile run - a CTX cardio? When I had to do 5 miles, I did Cardio Fusion -

Wow Tia! You are awesome. I don't think I could possible run and do GS: Legs in the same day. I could maybe do an upper body strength session with running, but never lower body weight work. My legs would be jello. Do you run or do your weight training first?

How long of a cardio workout are you seeking?

I'm doing Cathe's Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation - 2 days left. I do the cardio first, then leg train. Tonight I need a 3 mile run and since I don't run, trying to figure out what cardio tape to do before it - a 1/2 hour CTX one or SB or Imax 2 or ??

Hmmm, I'm thinkin maybe SB without the blasts. I don't think 1/2 hour of CTX would be enough, but SB in total would be too much. Or maybe the first, oh say, 7 segments of IMAX. Or your 7 favorite segments...

That's not what she's asking. She's asking what to do in place of a 3 mile run. I run 10 minute miles, so a 3 mile run would take me about as long as a CTX workout. This is probably too late though:)
 
I think doing 7 blasts of Imax2 is a great idea. Typically, a 3 mile run for me takes 27-30 minutes so a 30 minute cardio (that's tough on the legs like Imax2) would be perfect. Good luck!
 
Hi LD,

I loved this rotation. Got lots of endurance!! I thought the hardest was the one day she has you doing the toe touches, burpees, jogging in place, etc. and repeating that twice. That was tough!

Not sure what to do next!
