I just won hardcore extreme. I missed out on powerhour, but gymstyles doesn't end for a couple days. I don't know if splitting up body parts would be good for me. I don't really like weights so I don't know if I would use it. My main goal is to lose weight about 50lbs. I love the circuit workouts. I really want to increase my metabolism and burn calories. Any suggestions?
Well I have Rhythmic step, mic, interval max. And I would have hardcore extreme( I won that won on ebay but I can't contact the seller and I am have problems with bidpay.) I also have whatever I tape off of fitTV.
Charlotte, who is the Cathe pirate? Do you know their user name? There are a couple of DVD's I'm watching on EBay and I will not be happy if I purchase from "the pirate"!!!
