Need help classifying LIS Worouts - Help Please

Afterburn, Slide & Glide; I am having trouble "classifying" these workouts. Are they considered circuit workouts? I usually alternate days of strength training and cardio, but not sure what day to do these on. I know they are not heavy lifting but can I do a strength training work out the day following these workouts, or not because they are considered circuit work out and that is my strength training work out??
