How heavy should I go - I know this is individual but I want to buy a body bar and don't know which weight to start with. How fast does a person typically up their weights? I only have dumb bells so far - 3, 5, 8 and 10s. I am comfortable with the 5 and 8 pound sets so far. Thanks!
